A season about belonging
This season begins with a simple idea: that the absence of belonging is a profound human condition—and that music has a unique way of addressing it. Music doesn’t explain our world; it changes how we feel about it. Throughout the summer, musicians from around the globe bring themselves and their distinct voices to Camden, inviting us to listen closely. In that attention, difference becomes something we honor rather than something that separates us. Across 29 concerts, we encounter many ways of understanding home: as memory, as landscape, as something loved, missed, lost, or newly found. These concerts are invitations—to come together, to listen deeply, and to discover that music can be the home each one of us carries with us.
