Halcyon’s Muddy Boots concert for children is inspired by Munro Leaf’s beloved children’s book, The Story of Ferdinand. In this 45-minute family performance, the quartet combines music, story, and illustration in an engaging performance for all ages. Musical selections include classical favorites and the quartet’s lively renditions of folk tunes and nostalgic childhood songs.
